If you are viewing my biography, you may be seeking someone you can trust or someone to confide in to process your life situation. Bravo! Seeking therapy is a sign of strength and self-care. It shows that the individual like you is taking the necessary and positive steps to improve their well-being and live a more fulfilling life.
I am a first-generation Chinese American. Prior to the journey of becoming a therapist, I worked in the hospitality industry for years, transitioned to a local government job, a stay-at-home mother, then returned school and received a MA in Counseling. Looking back on my life, I learned that life is a journey filled with both joy and trouble; all of us face problems in living. There are times we feel lost, we suffer hopelessness, and we cannot get through it by ourselves. I believe that therapy is one of the ways to help living life to its fullest. Taste and experience it - it will feel so good to be listened, accepted, and healed, and to know that someone else cares about you and wants to help.
I offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where my clients can openly share what is happening in their lives without fear.
