We are hiring a psychotherapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or PsyD)
Are you a psychotherapist who longs to integrate your Christian faith with your professional calling—working alongside a team of like-minded therapists to provide care that reflects Christ’s love, truth, and grace, and brings healing, hope, and transformation to our local community?
You’re not alone!
AT Upward Counseling Center (UCC), we are a team of Christian professionals passionate about being Jesus’ hands and feet into our local community. We walk alongside those facing life’s hardships, offering high-quality mental health care that is clinically sound, culturally sensitive and spiritually grounded. We believe true healing happens where clinical excellence meets grace and truth. Our mission is to promote mental wellness, foster personal wholeness, strengthen families, and help communities thrive.
In 2024, we provided over 1,360 therapy sessions, and 96% of surveyed clients reported meaningful growth and transformation through their therapy experience with us. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are grateful for the support of our donors, which allows us to make our high-quality services accessible to all—regardless of background, financial situation, or social status.
If you care deeply to integrate your Christian faith with professional psychotherapy and make quality care accessible for all, we’d love to hear from you.
